Terms of Service

1. The service

VeilSocks provides access to mobile (4G/5G carrier) IP addresses through standard HTTP and SOCKS5 proxy endpoints. Access is sold either as prepaid bandwidth measured per gigabyte, or as a dedicated line reserved by the day.

We provide network access only. We do not control, review, or take responsibility for what you do through that access, and nothing we supply is a licence to do anything you could not lawfully do from your own connection.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you are using VeilSocks for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You may not use the service if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you appear on any applicable restricted-party list.

3. Your account and credentials

Proxy credentials are issued to you and are yours to protect. You are responsible for all traffic and charges arising from your credentials, including traffic from anyone you share them with.

Tell us immediately at support@veilsocks.com if you believe your credentials have been exposed. We will rotate them, but we cannot reverse bandwidth already consumed.

4. Credit, billing and bandwidth

VeilSocks is prepaid. You add credit to a balance, and that balance is drawn down as you use the service. There is no contract, no monthly minimum, and no automatic renewal.

• Account credit does not expire. Money you have added to your balance and not yet spent stays available.
• Bandwidth does not expire either. Gigabytes bought on a per-GB plan carry no validity period and no monthly reset. The plan runs until the last byte you paid for has been used, however long that takes, and nothing is forfeited.
• Dedicated lines are billed per day for the reserved period, whether or not you route traffic through them.
• Billing at per GB is done by us. Bandwidth is measured to the megabyte at our gateways, and our measurement is what your balance is billed against.

Prices are in US dollars and may change; a change never affects credit or a package you have already bought. We accept major cards and BTC, ETH and USDT. Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on-chain and cannot be reversed by us.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

This section is the core of these Terms. Breaking it is the fastest way to lose access, and we enforce it to keep the IP pool clean for everyone else.

You must not use VeilSocks to:

• Do anything illegal under the laws that apply to you, to us, or at the traffic's destination.
• Access any system, account, or data without authorisation, or attempt to.
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or run phishing, carding, or any other fraud.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or botnet command-and-control traffic.
• Launch denial-of-service attacks, port scans, brute-force attempts, or credential stuffing.
• Handle child sexual abuse material, or content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism. This carries no warning and no refund.
• Infringe intellectual property or misappropriate trade secrets.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access without our written agreement.
• Interfere with our infrastructure, evade per-GB billing, or circumvent any limit we apply.

You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party site you reach through our network, and for any applicable data-protection law where you collect personal data.

6. Traffic and logging

Because we do not hold destination or content records, we generally cannot produce them. Where we are compelled by valid legal process, we will provide only what we actually hold — which is billing metadata, not browsing records.

This applies to us, not to the whole path. Your traffic is carried by upstream carriers and network providers we do not own, and those networks keep their own connection records, which can include destination IP addresses, for 30 days before automatic deletion. We neither receive nor control that data, and we cannot undertake that it does not exist or that it will not be disclosed under legal process in the relevant jurisdiction. This does not prevent us from acting on abuse reports. We investigate complaints using aggregate network signals and the reports themselves, and may suspend an account on that basis.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached section 5, if your use threatens the stability or reputation of the network, or if we are legally required to.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination for breach forfeits remaining credit and unused bandwidth. If we terminate for any other reason, unused credit is refundable under the Refund Policy.

8. Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability and monitor the network 24/7, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Mobile IP pools depend on third-party carriers and real consumer connections, so individual IPs, geographies, and carriers will vary in availability.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that any IP will be unblocked by, or acceptable to, any particular destination. Whether a site accepts traffic from a given address is outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Intellectual property

The Site, our branding, and the software and materials we make available are owned by us or our licensors. Using the service gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access it — it does not transfer ownership of anything, and it is not a licence to copy, modify, or redistribute our materials without written permission.

Anything you send through the network remains yours. We claim no rights over your traffic or your data.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced on this page before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to venue there.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions that apply where you live.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms stay in force.

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control — including carrier or upstream network outages, acts of government, natural disaster, war, or widespread internet disruption. Where such an event stops us providing the service for an extended period, you may close your account and request a refund of unused credit under the Refund Policy.
